About Us

My name is Peggy Hollister and I love living in beautiful Meridian, Idaho surrounded by the Boise foothills. My passions are family, horses and helping people. What excites me is weaving these passions together in my new adventure-Discover Yourself Through Horses created in 2022. In this unique and fun program, the horses and I work with clients in unmounted experiences to improve team building, communication and leadership skills.

I am a life coach certified through the coach training alliance. I am also certified in yoga-fit and Body Flow and taught classes for over twenty years. I am intuitive and while these insights are usually right on the mark, nothing compares to the intuitive knowing of the horse. They are natural healers and their gift to humanity is in patiently guiding us to our authentic selves and to our heart desires.
I lived in my left brain for years achieving a Masters’ in Business Administration in 1999. I taught business classes for over twenty years through the Merced College and the Customer Service Academy in the areas of team building, leadership, communication, ethics and values. During that time I was also the general manager and vice president of Millennium Sports Club where my focus was on profits and sales training.  I knew for years that there was more to life and I finally discovered it through horses.

A life-time of horses continues to teach me much about myself as well as my equine companions. General (my gorgeous saddlebred) in particular, taught me that everything is energy and that I needed to learn how to manage my own energy to open my heart to release fear, tension and anxiety in my body. My Gypsy Vanner, Soono (her name translates as Dreamer in the Rominy language) teaches me daily to be centered in the present moment, to balance my right and left brain, to be my authentic self and to live my dreams.

The horses and I will compassionately guide you with nonjudgmental expressions of truth helping you to live your life from the higher vibrations of harmony, joy and love.
